Tuesday afternoon Laugh Break: THE MORNING AFTER heads to the HAPPY ENDINGS to play the Newlywed Game!

I just love these guys from HAPPY ENDINGS – who agrees?  To bridge the gap between new episodes (no show tonight because of the DWTS All Stars finale), I thought we needed a good late afternoon laugh break! The gang from THE MORNING AFTER on Hulu headed to the set of HAPPY ENDINGS to play a little Newlywed Game with our faves – check it out above!

My Take On….HAPPY ENDINGS Season 3 (Hint: It’s Perfection!)

I know that there are about 150 comedies airing tonight on all of the networks (really, it’s 7), and believe me when I say that you should be watching at least 149 (really, 6) of them, but if there is one show that absolutely needs to be watched (and then watched again immediately), it’s tonight’s third season premiere of ABC’s HAPPY ENDINGS.  Jane, Brad, Alex, Dave, Max, and Penny are back, and the premiere lets us in on what’s been

My Take on The Red Carpet: HAPPY ENDINGS at the TV Academy

With the announcement that HAPPY ENDINGS would definitely be getting another season (really, was there any real doubt?) the red carpet was rolled out for the cast and executive producers (David Caspe and Jonathan Groff). Eliza Coupe (Jane), Damon Wayans, Jr. (Brad), Zachary Knighton, (Dave), Casey Wilson (Penny) and Adam Pally (Max) were all smiles, jokes and humble thanks. The fellas all donned facial hair of some sort, with Zachary’s being the most jarring for me. (I teased that it

The Cast and EPs of HAPPY ENDINGS are heading to the TV Academy tonight!

HAPPY ENDINGS is one of the best shows on TV and tonight, I’m heading to a Screening and Q&A with the cast and creators at the TV Academy! Do you have any questions for Eliza Coupe (Jane), Zachary Knighton (Dave), Adam Pally (Max), Damon Wayans Jr (Brad), Casey Wilson (Penny), or creators David Caspe and Jonathan Groff? Hit me up in the comments and I’ll do my best to get them answered! HAPPY ENDINGS returns to ABC’s schedule in the

Worth Watching on Wednesday (alliteration not intended but enjoyed)!

Lots of good TV on tonight if you know where to look! For me it’s all about the following – SURVIVOR (8/7c) is still trying to recover from losing their incredibly polarizing (and maybe not polarizing in the truest sense where you LOVE or HATE Colton, but polarizing in that you either watch regardless of him or don’t watch because of him), but the show proves that they still have some tricks up their sleeves and a blindside of a

Mary Elizabeth Ellis talks HAPPY ENDINGS, NEW GIRL, and more!

What do IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA, HAPPY ENDINGS, NEW GIRL, and last year’s woefully under watched PERFECT COUPLES have in common, besides being four comedies that I would choose to watch, on repeat, as many times as I’m allowed, in lieu of so much other junk that makes it on air?  Thanks to a guest starring turn tonight on HAPPY ENDINGS, the answer to that is Mary Elizabeth Ellis. In tonight’s all new episode, she plays Daphne, one of

Public Service Announcement: ABC is all new tonight!! Don’t miss a minute of it!

Yes, I really am just posting a post to remind you, out of the goodness of my heart, that the best three hours of the week are TONIGHT!  Starting at 8/7c, don’t miss an all new THE MIDDLE which finds the Family Heck claiming it the “Year of the Hecks” and setting out to accomplish randomly and anonymously assigned New Year’s Resolutions.  At 8:30/7:30c, it’s the “Driving Miss Dalia” episode of SUBURGATORY that Jane Levy talked about with us this

Courtney looks back on her Favorites from 2011

Courtney K is taking a look back on her favorites from 2011 – how do these stack up to yours? Favorite new obsession: DOCTOR WHO – where HAVE I been?? In a world with faded colors that’s where. Becoming a Doctor Who fan (or Whovian) has brought me a whole mess of new appreciations. Much like fans of Army of Darkness or Firefly, there’s hidden jokes in almost everything I watch or read that all point back to one Doctor

CourtneyK looks at ABC’s new TGI….W comedy block

Does anyone else remember TGIF? When PERFECT STRANGERS ruled (who DIDN’T do the Dance of Joy??) and FULL HOUSE made us all wish we had 3 live-in uncles to babysit us. Then that golden age went far, far away, ABC focused more on dramas and brain twisters like LOST and reality train wrecks like DANCING WITH THE STARS (sorry, I’m really, really not a fan [Amrie note:  God, me either…]) leaving the light comedies to other networks and cable to
