JJ Totah talks GLEE’s legacy and what comes next!

JJ Totah is a face to watch as he finishes GLEE’s final season tonight, closes out JESSIE’s next season (and maybe moves on to the spin-off…), and continues to popup on some of our favorite shows.  The self proclaimed number one fan of AMERICAN HORROR STORY spent time chatting with me about what brought him to GLEE, what GLEE has meant to him as a fan and a cast member, and where he goes next. I was wondering what it was

Max Adler talks Tank on SWITCHED AT BIRTH – “I was fascinated, so I definitely wanted to play him”

An all new episode of SWITCHED AT BIRTH heads to ABC Family tonight at 8/7c, and to celebrate the ongoing story of Bay and Tank, and how exactly he fits in among the Bay and Emmett fans, I spent some time chatting with Max Adler (GLEE).  He previewed for us what drew him to the role, if it was a conscious effort to NOT play a bully this time around, and what we can expect. I have to say –I

Titus Makin, Jr, previews STAR-CROSSED on The CW

Tonight on The CW, Star-Crossed episode 2 finds everyone dealing with the aftermath of the pilot, and what happens when [spoiler alert] the Atrians realize a human took down their peaceful leader.  I spent some time chatting with series star Titus Makin, Jr., about what’s coming up on the show, for his character and for the continued Human/Atrian battle! Let’s start with the easy one – the show has action, romance, and what already felt like fully formed characters that

GLEE Renewed for a Fifth AND Sixth Season!

In a surprising move, considering the ratings decline (and storyline quality decline) over the years, FOX has renewed GLEE for not only a 5th season but a 6th season as well! Here is the press release from FOX detailing how/why they renewed it! FOX has ordered two more seasons of the genre-defying musical sensation GLEE, it was announced today by Kevin Reilly, Chairman of Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company. “GLEE debuted as the first and only successful musical comedy series on

My Take On…the GLEE Season 4 Premiere “The New Rachel”

I know I’ve said it a million times, but I often feel like I’m watching a different episode of shows than others are watching because I tend to dislike whatever it is they rave about. Take, for example, the 4th season premiere of GLEE, a show I once loved and couldn’t wait to watch, but which now falls to the “if I get around to it” pile of back logged TV.  Review, after review, after review of the show is

Comic-Con 2012 Update: GLEE is joining the show afterall!

From FOX: In a late development, Twentieth Century Fox Television will return GLEE to Comic-Con for the fourth straight year with a star-studded panel that is sure to be standing-room only for GLEEks of all ages. The panel is scheduled to take place in the Indigo Room on Saturday, July 14from 6:00-7:00 PM PT and will be moderated by TVLine.com’s Michael Ausiello. “The fans at Comic-Con were among the first to really get behind our show, and we’ve had such

Quick Take: CourtneyK is falling off the GLEE-wagon

I said I’d give it one more go. I’m trying. I really am. All the elements I love are present: Idina Menzel guest starring, Kurt being super great, Brittany is being stupid, Mercedes being sassy, Artie being adorable, Sue being terrible. However along with the good, comes the very very bad. I admire Lea Michelle and her pipes, but I swear if I have to watch her “pinched-face-collapse acting” through her singing I shall be forced to fast forward through

Tuesday Must Watch: FOX premiere night – GLEE, NEW GIRL, RAISING HOPE

I know where I’ll be tonight – sitting down to watch the premieres of A) my favorite comedy, B) my favorite NEW comedy, and C) a show that I won’t give up on no matter how many ways they try to make me…. Tonight at 8/7c on FOX, Season 3 of GLEE kicks off with an episode designed to put the focus back on the regulars, you know, the focus that we’ve lost since the first 13 episodes of Season
