Tonight on Fox, but sure to check out the 3rd season premiere of THE X FACTOR.  The lone holdover from last year’s panel of judges (besides Simon of course) is Demi Lovato, as X FACTOR UK pro Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio join the group.  Already, one episode in, the ladies seem to have a great rapport, and they’ve spoken more words than Britney Spears (who I love, don’t yell at me) did all season last year.  Kelly and Paulina
