When the Emmys finally make it to the air (seriously, all the back and forth, when do they actually air?), Neil Patrick Harris will suit up and host it like he hosted the crap out of the Tonys!  In all seriousness, Emmy nominations are being announced on July 16 by (hopefully, nominees) Chandra Wilson and Jim Parsons!  The Emmys will then air on CBS on September 20!
