Neil Patrick Harris plays Dr. Horrible, who is in love with Penny (Felicia Day) from the laundromat.  His archnemesis is Captain Hammer (played awesomely by Nathan Fillion).  Dr. Horrible is trying to get in the Evil League of Evil.  Captain Hammer is trying to stop that and dating Penny all at the same time.  It’s just fantastic and you should have everyone you know download it!
